Kenapa bisa yakin untuk menikah?
Lontaran pertanyaan seperti itu sudah menjadi hal biasa saat diawal memutuskan untuk siap menikah. Kebanyakan aku jawab dengan cengengesan daaan.. “ya gitu deh” hehe rasanya aku belum menemukan kalimat yang tepat untuk menggambarkan keyakinan & kesiapan ini baik jasmani maupun rohani. Aku pun hanya mengikuti kata hati, shalat istikharah dan pasrah kepada Allah. Hanya kita dan Allah yang tahu alasannya..
Alhamdulillah, tanggal 26 maret 2016 lalu, kami (*Cut Meutia Ayunda & Randy Ramadhan) resmi menikah disaksikan oleh wali, saksi, keluarga dan teman-teman tercinta. Dilanjutkan resepsi pernikahan keesokan harinya, 27 maret 2016 di SMESCO convention hall.
Pengalaman teman dan cerita dari beberapa review blog pun aku serap yang positifnya. Kalau kalian bernasib sama seperti aku (yang nyiapin pernikahan serba sendiri), jangan pernah sungkan untuk tanya/sharing dengan pasangan, teman, saudara, dateng ke wedding fair & browsing sana-sini. Itu yang aku lakuin selama kurang lebih 6 bulan persiapan. Kebetulan, a Randy punya pengalaman di WO, jadi dia cukup tau to do list yang baik seperti apa supaya semuanya berjalan lancar.
Banyak sekali hal-hal unik, suka, duka yang kami rasain saat mempersiapkan pernikahan. Kami pun mengalami apa yang banyak orang katakan kalau rejeki orang yang ingin menikah karna ibadah akan terbuka seluas-luas nya, sesuai janji Allah. Aku pun semakin yakin bahwa menikah itu adalah salah satu nikmat besar dari Allah. Itulah yang menjadi kekuatanku. Yang terpenting bagaimana cara kita menyikapi setiap permasalahan yang ada. Sabar dan selalu jalin komunikasi dengan pasangan dan orangtua untuk menghindari miskom.
Sesuai request dari beberapa orang, kali ini aku akan review beberapa hal yang penting* (*penting: karena pengeluaran budget terbanyak) mengenai wedding preparation dan review vendor terkait..

Sudah menyiapkan tanggal yang tepat untuk menikah?
Eits, jangan seneng dulu. Kalau kamu punya rencana untuk nikah di kawasan jakarta dan sekitarnya, perihal tanggal yang sudah ditetapkan dari pihak keluarga sering sekali gak pas dengan available schedule dengan gedung, hotel maupun lokasi outdoor. Makanya, pertama kali yang harus dilakukan, yaitu survey lokasi pernikahan mana yang sesuai dengan budget, konsep & persetujuan keluarga. List beberapa lokasi tujuan kamu, siapkan waktu kosong untung survey sana-sini. Mostly, gedung-gedung di jakarta harus di survey saat office hours. Tanyakan informasi sebanyak-banyaknya, terkait vendor-vendor yang sudah bekerjasama dan price list.
Tips:
- List lokasi / gedung yang dituju. (misal, di daerah jakarta selatan ada gedung Smesco, patra jasa, antam, menara 165, dll)
- Kalau udah punya info contact-nya, baiknya ditanyakan dulu by phone PIC untuk wedding event
- Atur jadwal untuk bertemu, tanyakan informasi sebanyak-banyaknya, seperti tanggal available, price list, vendor-vendor yang udah kerjasama, parkir tamu, biaya upgrade, dll
- Jangan mudah terpengaruh kata-kata dari marketing gedung & jangan terburu-buru milih venue, sebelumnya menyesal kemudian hehe, dari pengalamanku, survey terakhir malah yang terbaik.

Review vendor:
Untuk venue acara aku pilih di SMESCO convention hall lantai 2 (kapasitas bisa sampai 1500-2000 orang). Pertama kali dateng ke tempat ini langsung jatuh cinta dengan gedungnya yang cukup untuk menampung tamu undanganku, full karpet (seneeeeng bgt warna karpetnya bukan merah :p) dan ada kubah besar efek awan-awan biru gituuu.. pas banget sama konsep yang aku udah rencanain. Di SMESCO ini ada 3 area yang biasa di pakai untuk resepsi. Ada di lantai 2, lantai 4, dan di lantai dasar (masing-masing area beda management). Karena aku pakai yang di lantai 2, price di area ini per-paket semua, paket A,B,C tergantung jenis vendor terkait. Aku ambil paket A (yang paling murah haha), tapi vendor-vendornya tetap memuaskan kok!
Maksudnya paket apa sih?
Maksudnya harga paket itu sudah termasuk sewa gedung, rias pengantin, dekorasi, catering, wedding organizer, dokumentasi, entertainment sampai honeymoon ke Bali. Buat yang gamau ribet, paket seperti inilah yang cukup membantu para calon pengantin (capeng). Oia Kalau ada yang mau di takeout (dari paket yang ditawarkan) akan ada cashback sesuai vendor. Pakai vendor lain pun gak dikenakan charge lagi.
Yang perlu diketahui, harga paket yang ditawarkan itu harga standar mereka, belum termasuk upgrade macem-macem. Misalnya, catering dan dekorasi. Kebetulan, marketing HIS SMESCO yang handle aku namanya mba Maya Sundari. Orangnya baiiiik dan kooperatif. Selalu kasih advice positif dan sabar banget. Posisi mba maya disini adalah sebagai penjembatan antara capeng dengan vendor-vendor. Lokasi strategis, nampung tamu banyak, full karpet, AC & kebersihan gedung oke. Kekurangannya, harga paket agak mahal (tapi cukup wort it dengan hasil akhir yang keren), lighting tambahin sedikit lagi dan parkir dibasement (tapi cukup untuk nampung banyak mobil sih). Overall, nilai 9/10 untuk HIS SMESCO dan team WO nya yang luar biasa!
R I A S P E N G A N T I N
Walaupun gak sesulit nyari gedung yang cukup menyita banyak waktu, untuk pemilhan vendor rias pengantin juga harus selektif loh. Kenapa? Karena team merekalah yang akan ngebikin muke pengantin cewe bakal cakep bak raisa andriana :p haha
Tips :
- Biar aman, pilih vendor yang sudah ditahap ‘terkenal’ tapi masih sesuai dengan budget. Ada yang bilang cocok-cocokan. So, banyak liat review orang juga ya
- Jangan sungkan untuk mampir ke outlet mereka untuk tau detail price, koleksi baju pengantin, portofolio dan semua aksesorisnya
- Yang penting up to date. Pilih juga yang punya koleksi baju (brides & groom) yang sesuai konsep kamu (kalau mau sewa)

Nah, di vendor rias pengantin aku ketemu dengan mba Maya yang berbeda. (Kebetulan nama marketingnya sama dengan di gedung). Untuk vendor rias pengantin, aku memilihMIAROSA. Kalau dari jam terbang dan hasil makeup memang udah ga di ragukan lagi. Team miarosa juga profesional sekali, datang tepat waktu dan hasil makeup & stylingnya juga oke. Karena baju aku bukan dari vendor, miarosa hanya handle makeup & styling pengantin, makeup orangtua, makeup among & penerima tamu. Buat yang mau ambil paket diluar itu, juga bisa di upgrade dan ada biaya tambahan lagi. Nilai 8/10 untuk miarosa yang sudah bikin aku cantik satu hari aja!
C A T E R I N G
Urusan catering, siap-siap berurusan dengan orangtua bahkan pihak keluarga lain, misalnya tante yang akan lebih selektif memilih. Katanya, salah satu keberhasilan dari acara pernikahan itu dilihat dari cateringnya juga loh! Emm..kalo soal ini aku setuju sih. Ga jarang kita dateng ke kondangan yang stock cateringnya sering abis seketika. Bisa karena faktor perhitungan yang salah atau ada yang ‘curang’ saat serve makanannya. Karena agak sensitif, percaya deh wajib banget konsul dengan pihak keluarga.
Tips :
- Hitung dengan benar jumlah tamu & keluarga yang akan diundang. Berikut prediksi kelebihan tamunya ya
- Untuk cari aman, pilih catering yang sudah jadi rekanan gedung (karena mereka sudah tau flow nya nanti seperti apa). Tapi gak ada salahnya buat test food di beberapa vendor
- Karena harga catering tidak akan pernah bisa ditawar, jangan sungkan untuk tanyakan promo-promo menarik yang sedang dijalankan
- Pilih catering yang baik itu bukan hanya sekedar rasa makanan, tapi team yang handle saat acara berlangsung. Boleh juga intip performance mereka di acara nikahan orang. Misal, kesigapan pergantian makanan, piring kotor, kerapihan seragam yang digunakan, dan team check-ing tamu yang hadir

Vendor catering aku memilih PUSPA catering, dengan marketingnya mas Jay. Pasti udah ga asing lagi kan buat kalian yang udah browsing sana sini dan mampir ke weding fair? catering yang di bangun oleh Eyang Titiek Puspa ini memang terkenal dengan makanannya yang beragam dan enak-enak. Kalo penasaran bisa dateng ke wedding fair buat icip-icip dan open test food di workshopnya mereka. Selain makanan yang enak, puspa catering juga ngebantu dekorasi supaya terlihat makin bagus! Team nya juga sangat profesional, sigap dan perhitungannya aman. Oia, mereka juga punya perhitungan khusus supaya makanan yang kita siapin gak bakal keabisan. Nilai 9,5/10 untuk puspa catering. Highly recomended!
D E K O R A S I
Menurutku, dekorasi di acara pernikahan itu sebagai perwujudan angan-angan selama ini (lebay :P ). Sebenernya penting ga penting sih, tapi dekorasi itu jadi faktor pendukung yang cukup besar untuk kehidmatan suatu acara. Meeting sana-sini dengan hampir lebih dari 5 vendor dekor, rasanya masih belum cukup. Aku orangnya emang rada BM (banyak maunya) sih haha tapi gimana caranya, supaya ke BM-an aku ini terwujud dengan budget yang sesuai kemampuan. Ok, let me think..
Tips :
- Sama halnya seperti catering, supaya aman pilih vendor yang sudah jadi rekanan gedung. Karena ada beberapa vendor yang sering terhambat loading in-out di gedung
- Sebelum memilih vendor sebaiknya membuat moodpict (kumpulan gambar-gambar, warna dan keseluruhan konsep). Dengan itu, vendor akan lebih mudah menerka apa detail konsep yang diinginkan.
- Budget dekorasi itu mahal banget loh. Don’t be panic! Diskusikan dengan pihak vendor dan lakukan tawar-menawar juga
- Vendor dekorasi harus up to date, khususnya terkait jenis ‘atribut’ dekorasinya (misal, standing flower yang layak dan trend dekorasi terbaru supaya gak terkesan jadul).
- Sekali-kali cek performance mereka di acara pernikahan orang lain dengan konsep yang serupa juga sangat disarankan

Feel blessed sekali saat bertemu dengan vendor INNOVASI DEKOR ini, alhamdulillah. Surprise buat pengantinnya berhasil bangeett! Aku dapet beberapa item free dekorasi yang seharusnya gak ada. Tapi jadi terlihat perfect!
Awalnya emang agak susah dicontact karena super sibuk. Akhirnya aku bikin janji dengan marketingnya, Pak Amin sekalian liat workshopnya. Ternyata Pak amin sabar dan baiiiikkk bangeeetttt, team nya juga sangat profesional, punya workshop sendiri dan dekor sudah selesai tepat waktu saat ba’da subuh aku harus start makeup di gedung. Kalau udah ketemu, beliau sangat kooperatif dan kasih beberapa suggest sesuai tema yang aku mau. Sebenernya untuk konsep acara pernikahanku mau ada nuansa winter2 gituu ala princess elsa di film frozen :p (BM kaaan haha).. yaa karena gak memungkinkan, jadi aku ambil benang merahnya aja. Akhirnya di tetapkan tema bernuansa baby blue-grey-broken white-white (hasil kesepakatan a randy dan keluarga juga). Hasil dekorasinya bisa diliat di foto dan video yang aku share dibawah ini. Nilai 9,5/10 buat INNOVASI dekor, yeay!
W E D D I N G G O W N A N D S U I T E S
Sesuai di awal cerita, aku punya tingkat ke-BM-an yang hampir akut hehe. Dari pemiihan wedding dress juga cukup hati-hati. Soalnya aku paling anti pake manset (karena terlihat maksa dan gendut :p ). Pertimbangan lainnya, karena dari segi warna akan mengangkat tema warna pastel. Nyatanya, vendor-vendor diluar sana jarang punya wedding dress yang warna pastel dan pasti pakai manset. Mostly, designer-designer di indonesia punya wedding dress khusus hijab dan gak pake manset sih, tapiiiiii harga sewanya mahal huft.. begitu juga untuk jas yang akan dipakai untuk a Randy. Alhamdulillah a Randy dan kelurga pun dukung aku buat bikin wedding dress beserta suites nya. Kelebihannya, bisa fit to body, sesuai konsep dan gak pake manset. Kekurangannya, sesudah acara gak akan dipakai lagi (tapi masih bisa di sewain kok).
The wedding dress:
Untuk bikin wedding dress, aku percayakan sepenuhnya ke temen designerku, NINDRA. Selain jago bikin baju ready to wear dengan label @kandiindonesia, dia juga specialist di wedding dress juga! Kalo sama Nindra, yang penting tau dulu punya budgetnya berapa dan konsepnya seperti apa. Dari situ, baru deh keluar design/sketch baju yang akan dibikin nantinya. Dia suka punya ide-ide dadakan, tapi, pengaplikasian ide tetap sesuai dengan persetujuan kita. Karena temen sendiri, aku pun ikut terjun saat pemilihan fabrics dan jenis payet yang akan dipakai. Capeek tapi seruuuuuuu! Million thanks buat kesabaranmu dan wedding dress yang kusuka niiiin! Nilai 9/10 buat nindra pang-bageur-nya!

Nah, untuk jas aku agak kesulitan cari penjait yang sudah terpercaya. Sebenernya Nindra bisa. Tapi dia ngerasa gak pe-de karena bukan spesialis bikin jas pria. Sempet dapet rekomendasi sana-sini dari beberapa temen sih, tapi masih iseng aja cari-cari, siapa tau budgetnya ada yang lebih sesuai dengan kualitas yang baik juga. Jas untuk resepsi mempelai pria juga sengaja dibikin special request agar bisa menyeimbangi konsep wedding dress aku. Alhamdulillah, rezeki banget bisa dikenalin secara gak sengaja dengan penjait yang memang sudah biasa jahit jas dan baju pria lainnya. Namanya Mas Budi.Awalnya lagi hunting bahan jas di mayestik bareng Nindra, di salah satu toko, sambil pilih-pilih bahan malah berujung curhat sama mas penjualnya yang lagi motong bahan yang aku pesen. Mas nya kasih info kalau punya saudara yang bisa jahit jas bagus. Gatau kenapa, aku langsung percaya dan excited banget buat dateng ke tokonya Mas Budi yang ada di ITC PERMATA HIJAU. Di toko BUDI TAILOR juga ada beberapa sample jas dan pakaian lainnya hasil karya beliau. Jahitannya rapiiihh banget, beliau juga ngerti pemilihan jas yang baik itu seperti apa, soal harga juga bisa nego tipis. Nilai 9/10 untuk BUDI TAILOR!
